KEBABOOZ was the first kebab shop to operate in Fukuoka. Our grill started running on October 2002. We started on a small scale, catering at a few events and open air food stalls. In 2008 we decided to respond to our customers wishes and grow bigger. KEBABOOZ was reborn on April 26th, on the grounds of Hawks Town Mall .
Now taking a further step on the road to the top, KEBABOOZ announces its opening in Daimyo in the center of Fukuoka, with easy access to most of our fans and highly valued customers.
KEBABOOZ keeps its authentic and great kebab taste, in addition to a savory mix of flavors from Sudan and the Middle East. We pride ourselves on making everything from scratch, using the freshest ingredients. Our aromatic spices are freshly ground each time we prepare a cone of meat or a mixture for Tamiya (Sudanese Falafel). Our Hummus and Tahina have their own and very special Sudanese taste, an exotic taste we guarantee our costumers to experience with each and every bite.

専用のケバブグリルで、スパイスしたお肉を回しながら、じっくりあぶり焼きをしますので
鶏脂が焼肉から落ち、とてもヘルシーな料理です。
