KEBABOOZ was the first kebab shop in Fukuoka. Our grill started running on October 2002. We started on a small scale, catering at a few events and open air food stalls. In 2008 we decided to respond to our customers wishes and grow bigger.
KEBABOOZ was reborn on April 26th, on the grounds of Hawks Town Mall . The reformed KEBABOOZ keeps the authentic, great kebab taste, yet is more delicious and richer in flavour. We pride ourselves on making everything from scratch, using the freshest ingredients. Our 10 aromatic spices are freshly ground each time we prepare a cone of meat; to guarantee our costumers the best quality and to keep our position on top of the market with our unique and unbeatable taste.
